14/07/24 - Ear Reflexology - New Treatment!
Brand new treatment coming to Wendy French Reflexology from 19th July! Ear Reflexology is similar to Foot Reflexology where I massage pressure points on the ear to help with aches and pains. When I wish to target a specific issue(s) in the body I will apply the ear seeds. Ear seeds are small seeds used to stimulate pressure points on your ear (similar to acupuncture but without the needles). 20 mins in duration - to be used in conjunction with any of my other treatment(s) to make it up to the hour.

I am just writing up my case study and as soon as it is ready I will be offering this wonderful service! How will it benefit you? I will start the treatment massaging your ears and working on a vast majority of reflexes along the way. The ear to brain connection is the shortest and most direct of these neurological micro-systems, so working on the ears may have a profound effect on reducing stress relaxation. Ear seeds are recommended when a specific area of the body needs to be targeted. You will even get to take some home with you! The ear seeds are believed to support the activity of the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the “rest and digest” part of our nervous system that helps us digest food better, think more clearly, respond well to stressful events, and get deep sleep.

I am thrilled to confirm that I took part in my Ear Reflexology training this week! I just need to complete my case study and I will be officially qualified to help you. I am so excited to bring some new techniques to you! I will apply ear seeds during the treatment so you benefit from my training after you have seen me!! I will give you some ear seeds to take home with you too!

The ear (just like the hands and feet) represent a micro system on which the entire body is ‘mapped’ on the outer portion of the ear. The ear to brain connection is the shortest and most direct of these neurological micro-systems, so working on the ears may have a profound effect on reducing stress relaxation. Ear seeds are recommended when a specific area of the body needs to be targeted. I am super excited to be sharing this new treatment with you after I have taken part in the course next month and completed my case studies!
